For seasonal peak workload needs, for projects with short deadlines, or for other short-term needs Temporary Staffing is a cost-effective option. Full-time employment options include our Direct Hire program or a Temp-to-Hire program to meet a growing staffing requirement. For any of these options, Best Personnel takes care of all of the pre-employment testing, evaluation, and applicant screening. We also carry out reference checks on potential applicants. Once you have selected the applicants that best meet your needs we offer a trial work period during which you can decide whether or not to proceed with the temp-to-hire process.

Best Personnel handles all worker's compensation insurance, payroll administration, FICA, SUTA, and FUTA payroll taxes. We are a Tennessee Drug Free workplace so all of our workers will be drug tested before being placed on assignment.
